Name: TRUFFLE CAESAR SAUCE (CST200) Ingredients: Mayonnaise (sunflower seed oil 70%, water, pasteurized EGG yolk 5%, wine vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, lemon juice, paprika extract, flavouring), water, CREAM (MILK), sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar (Apple cider, antioxidant E224 (contains SULPHITES)), EGG YOLK, salt, Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), dried garlic, dried onion, dried dill, dried chives, sugar, flavourings, modified starch, starch, lactic acid E270.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°)  and consume within 7 days. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
