CHICKEN LIVER PATE WITH TRUFFLE
A super tasty Umbrian paté made with black truffles, chicken liver and bovine meat and vegetables ideal to make delicious sandwiches or any other appetizers.
You can also dilute it with additional olive oil and cook together with an extra dose of minced bovine meat to make a special condiment for a first dish of pasta or to accompany a second course of meat.
