PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND TRUFFLE PESTO
Pesto is a typical condiment of the Liguria region made with basil, salt, pine nuts, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil. If you are mushrooms and truffle lovers this truffle pesto made with porcini mushrooms will be your workhorse in the kitchen. You can use it directly to create first courses of pasta, make deliciuos sandwiches or use it as a dressing for meat dishes.
To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we recommend using a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
Heat our pesto for 5 minutes in the pan after adding only salt and oil e.v. of olive. It is ideal as a condiment for croutons and fillings for appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes and as a base for all truffle dishes.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms 70%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), salt, parsley.
