Name: TRUFFLE TUNA SAUCE (TST200) Ingredients: Mayonnaise (sunflower seed oil 70%, water, pasteurized EGG yolk 5%, wine vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, lemon juice, extract of paprika, flavouring), water, tuna 10% (TUNA, olive oil, salt), sunflower seed oil, vinegar wine, salt, powdered EGG yolk, Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), sugar, capers (capers, wine vinegar (contains SULPHITES), salt), flavourings, modified starch, starch, acid lactic E270.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°)  and consume within 7 days. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
