GREY SALT OF GUERANDE WITH TRUFFLE
This salt comes from the ancient tradition of Guérande, a village in the Atlantic Loire (France). Still collected with manual techniques and with wooden tools in order not to alter its composition. It is kept grey to preserve its unique organoleptic properties, its richness in magnesium and trace elements.
How to use it: as a boiling salt for cooking pasta and as a condiment over grilled meat and vegetables. Try it also on a meat tartare or fish.
Tips: suitable for everyone, also for those who are approaching to the world of truffle for the first time.
We suggest to use a half teaspoon of salt per person and add it directly onto food.
Name: Specialty based on Grey salt from Guérande with summer truffle (SAL60B - 60 g). Ingredients: Grey salt from Guérande IGP 96%, dried summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring.
