It's Summer Truffle Season! 

Tuber Aestivum Vitt. : one of the most versatile and pleasant truffles. Its flavour is more delicate compared to the flavour of other kinds of truffle and reminds of the taste of Porcini mushrooms.

Perfect for preparing first and second courses, original appetizers, on top of pizza or eggs.

We recommend serving approximately 15 g of fresh truffle per person, adjusting the quantity according to the recipe and personal preference.

A versatile ingredient for any recipe. Best enjoyed raw and thinly sliced to fully appreciate its delicate aroma, or gently cooked and finely grated to enhance your recipes.

    Tartufo buono, pensavo però di comprare un tartufo raccolto in Basilicata o Puglia ma la spedizione e’ partita da Perugia.

    Fresh summer truffle with a wonderful aroma

    The truffle arrived well-chilled. Even so, it gave off a very intense aroma of fresh truffle upon arrival. Even three days after arrival, the aroma was still very intense. The truffle was firm and sliced easily into thin slices using a truffle slicer.
    We’d love to buy this truffle again next year.

    Il tartufo è arrivato freschissimo e perfettamente conservato. L'abbiamo gustato su una pasta al burro ed è stato delizioso. Sicuramente torneremo ad acquistarlo!
