BLACK PRIZED TRUFFLE SAUCE
This sauce is one of the most recent recipes of truffle sauces: a combination of Black prized truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.), champignons and Porcini mushrooms - an explosion of flavour.
Very versatile and easy to use, perfect to prepare truffle appetizers, first and second courses, scrambled eggs and omelettes and to enhance the flavour of any dish.
If you like rich flavours, you definitely cannot miss it!

Our tip: we suggest to use about 15-20 g of sauce per person.
Name: Sauce with black truffle (STN-80 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, black truffle 3% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and rel. group), flavourings, salt, sugar, pepper. Storage: room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
