PESTO WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE

Name: Specialty based on Pesto and Summer truffle (PST80-170 g). Ingredients: Basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Pecorino cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), pine nuts 1%, vegetable fibers, trehalosio, salt, flavouring. Acidifiying: citric acid, lactic acid.
Allergens: MILK. Preservatives: E270 - E330.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
