SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM WITH CHEESE & PEPPER
Taking inspiration from one of the most popular recipes of Roman cuisine, here's the Cacio, Pepper and Truffle cream - its soft and rich flavour will take your pasta to the next level!
Made with Pecorino Romano PDO, pepper and summer truffle which gives a special final touch to a classic recipe from the Italian culinary tradition.

- Pasta - especially for spaghetti, pici, fettuccine, gnocchi
When making pasta, we suggest to use around 35-40 g of cream per person and to warm it up a little in a pan together with cooked pasta.

Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 6 days.
