FETTUCCINE WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE
Typically Italian, Giuliano Tartufi Fettuccine with summer truffle are made with black summer truffle, durum wheat flour and eggs. Their flavour, smell and texture are unique - even with just a few knobs of butter or some Parmesan will be a great first course.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
Cook the Fettuccine in plentiful salted water, drain when still "al dente" and finish cooking them in a pan with a few knobs of butter and a few spoons of Parmesan. To enhance the flavour of truffle, you can add one of the products of Giuliano Tartufi's range, such as summer truffle slices or a truffle sauce.
