TRUFFLE SAUCE
Our great classic: Truffle sauce, one of our bestsellers. It is made with black truffle and mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, it is super versatile and easy to use - perfect to enhance the flavor of any dish.
COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
- Bread (toasts, bruschetta)
- Pasta and risotto, polenta
- Filling for stuffed pasta (ravioli, tortelli)
- Grilled or baked meat
- Scrambled eggs and omelettes
- Pizza
We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
Name: Truffle Sauce (80-130-180-500 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 1% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
