This sauce is one of the best sellers in our Bottegas: extremely versatile, ready to use and super tasty, as it contains 20% of Black summer truffle and mushrooms. It is perfect to spread on a slice of toasted bread or as a sauce for pasta. You will love its rich truffle and mushrooms' flavour.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:

We suggest to use around 15-20g of sauce per person.

Name: Truffle Sauce 20% (80-180 g ). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, Summer truffle 20% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), sunflower oil, black olives, salt, flavouring.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
