TRUFFLE AND OLIVE CREAM
Two excellences of the Italian culinary tradition combined in this savoury cream: olives and summer truffle. Everything enriched with the addition of anchovy paste that makes it even more special.
You can use it to prepare first courses, make delicious sandwiches or as a dressing for meat and omelettes.

To use the product at its best, we recommend a quantity of 15-20 g of cream per person.
Name: Truffle and Olive cream (80-130-170). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, black olives 18,5%, sunflower seed oil, summer Truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), ANCHOVIES, capers, salt, flavouring.
Allergens: ANCHOVIES (FISH).
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
