SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM WITH CHEESE & PEPPER

Taking inspiration from one of the most popular recipes of Roman cuisine, we have created this new truffle sauce based on Pecorino romano cheese. Perfect for a delicious first course of pasta!

Name: Cheese and Pepper with summer truffle cream (80 g). Ingredients: CREAM, Pecorino Romano DOP 31,7% (sheep's MILK, salt, lamb's rennet, lactic starter), whole MILK, Summer truffle 2% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), BUTTER, pepper 0,5%, flavouring, corn starch. MILK origin: Italy. Allergens: MILK .
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 6 days.
