Ingredients: SAT180 (TRUFFLE SAUCE 180 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring. OLNF100 (Extra Virgin Olive Oil dressing Black truffle flavour - with flakes 100 ml): Extra virgin olive oil, 98,5%, dried summer truffle 0,5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. RSTAR (Carnaroli rice with summer truffle 350 g): Carnaroli rice 98%, Riso Carnaroli, dried summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. FTC250 (Fettuccine with summer truffle 250 g): Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 23%, summer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring, salt. PTB80 (Porcini mushrooms and white truffle cream 80 g): Porcini mushrooms 58,5% (Boletus edulis and rel. group), extra virgin olive oil, flavouring, salt, white truffle 0,5% (Tuber magnatum Pico). PST80 (Specialty based on pesto and summer truffle 80 g): Basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Pecorino cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), pine nuts 1%, vegetable fibers, trehalosio, salt, flavouring. Acidifying: citric acid, lactic acid. GLT180 (Glaze based on Balsamic vinegar of Modena with truffle aroma 180 g): Balsamic vinegar of Modena 55% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must), cooked grape must, maize starch, flavouring. STB45 (Sauce with white truffle80 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, green olives, white truffle 1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
The products part of this box have different best before dates according to the food type.
Storage: room temperature. Sauces: once opened, store in the refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
ALLERGENS: The product FTC250 (Fettuccine with summer truffle) contains GLUTEN, EGGS, WHEAT. It may contain traces of MUSTARD and SOY.
The product PST (Specialty based on Pesto and summer truffle) contains MILK. It contains preservatives E270 - E330.
