MINI4 SELECTION - 4 Truffle Products composition

This little box is one of our bestellers, really appreciated by our customers. A small selection of products in a mini size which allow you to prepare many truffle recipes.
A very nice way to try both black and white truffle based products, but also an original gift idea!

The box includes: 

• Truffle Sauce 50 g
• Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle Cream 45 g
• Sauce with White Truffle 45 g
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil White truffle flavour 55 ml

Name: MINI4 SELECTION - 4 PRODUCTS. Ingredients: SAT50 (Truffle sauce 50 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring. OLB55 (Extra virgin olive oil dressing White truffle flavour 55 ml): Extra virgin olive oil 99%, flavouring. STB45 (Sauce with white truffle 45 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, green olives, White truffle 1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Preservatives: E300. PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto truffle 45 g): CREAM, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 5% (MILK, salt, rennet), corn starch, Bianchetto truffle 3% (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, flavorings. Acidifying: lactic acid. MILK origin: Italy. 

The products part of the box have different best before dates according to the food type. The date on the box refers to the product with the shorter shelf life.
About the sauces: PPT45: Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 3 days. The other sauces (SAT50 and STB45): Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
Allergens: the product PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto truffle) contains: MILK.
