TRUFFLE CREAM
One of our favourites: the classic Truffle cream. Black truffle, mushrooms and olives patè in extra virgin olive oil - ready to use to enhance the flavor of any dish. Its soft and creamy texture makes it perfect to make toasts and bruschetta or to spread it onto pizza.
Super easy to use!

We suggest to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.

Toasted bread with truffle cream and Colonnata Lard
Name: Truffle Cream (80-130-160-460 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 2% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
