BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM

This cream is a real concentrate of flavour, perfect as a base for truffle appetizers. Made with minced black truffle and extra virgin olive oil only.
You can give a gourmet touch to any dish with this product.

Use it to create delicious sandwiches or as a dressing for meat dishes and omelettes. You can add some olive oil or mayonnaise to make a delicious dressing.

To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, it is recommended to use a quantity of 15/20 g of product per person.
