BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
This sauce is a real pleasure for the palate, perfect as a base for truffle appetizers, first and second courses. One of the most loved truffle sauces, it's also the most "elegant" one: the bright black colour due to the presence of cuttlefish ink creates an appealing visual effect and gives it a particularly pungent taste. It's delicious!
Use it to create delicious sandwiches, to make pasta and risotto, as a dressing for meat dishes and omelettes. It's really versatile and easy to use!
HOW TO USE: We suggest to use 15/20 g of sauce per person. You can use it cold on toasted/crunchy bread or warm in a pan for cooking pasta.
Try it also just a teaspoon when making scrambled eggs: super good!
If you want, you can make more elaborate dishes by adding cream, bechamel, butter, oil, or mayonnaise.

Scrambled eggs with truffle and borage
Name: Black Sauce with summer truffle (80-130-180-500 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, Summer Truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel. group), salt, sugar, pepper, CUTTLEFISH INK, flavouring, natural flavouring. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
