MUSHROOMS AND TRUFFLE SAUCE

If you love mushrooms as much as you love truffle, you should not miss this! One of our classic truffle sauces made with black truffle and mushrooms. You can use it to create first and second courses, delicious sandwiches or eggs.

We also suggest you to use it as a condiment for a super tasty white pizza with mozzarella and basil!

To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, it is recommended to use about 15 g of product per person.

It contains 7% of black summer truffle.

Name: Mushrooms and truffle sauce (80-130-180 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms 50% (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, summer truffle 7% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives, salt, flavouring. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
