TRUFFLE CREAM
One of our favourites: the classic Truffle cream. Black truffle patè in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of any dish. Heat the cream for 5 minutes in the pan after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or a pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto.
It is also ideal as a condiment for croutons and filling for appetizers.
We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.

Toasted bread with truffle cream and Colonnata Lard
Size: 80-130-160-460 gr
Name: Truffle Cream (80-130-160-460 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 2% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
