TRUFFLE SAUCE
Our great classic: Truffle sauce. Made with black truffle and mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, perfect to enhance the flavor of any dish. Heat the sauce for 5 minutes in a pan after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or spread it on croutons, toasts, pizza.
We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.

Name: Truffle Sauce (80-130-180-500 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, summer truffle 1% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
