TRUFFLE AND OLIVE CREAM
Two excellences of the Italian culinary tradition combined in this super tasty olive cream. You can use it directly to create first courses of pasta, make deliciuos sandwiches or use it as a dressing for meat dishes and omelettes.
To make the best use of the quality of the product, we recommend using a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
Name: Truffle and olive cream (80-130-170). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, black olives 18,5%, sunflower seed oil, summer Truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), ANCHOVIES, capers, salt, flavouring. Allergens: ANCHOVIES.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
