TOMATO AND SUMMER TRUFFLE SAUCE
Made with two ingredients that represent in a great way Italian cooking tradition, this sauce is a great combination of flavours and can be used as a base for all your truffle dishes. Great in combination with olives, mozzarella and basil.
You can use it to make the classic Italian bruschetta, sandwiches, for pasta and risotto, to create second courses or for your homemade pizza.
Tips:
To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we suggest to use about 60/70 g per person and sauté it with pasta in the pan.
When making a classic Italian bruschetta, you can use this sauce and enrich everything by adding a little bit of chilli pepper.
Name: Tomato sauce with Summer truffle (SUPT90-130). Ingredients: Tomato pulp 78%, triple tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), garlic, salt, parsley, basil, sugar, flavour. TOMATO origin: Italy.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 4 days.
