Use it to create delicious appetizers, pasta and risotto, or second courses.
To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we suggest to use about 7 g of cream per person.
Little tip for pasta/risotto: put some cream in a pan and then add some cooking water to make it more creamy.
We also suggest to use it with extra virgin olive oil and bianchetto truffle slices to have a perfect base for pasta.
