BIANCHETTO TRUFFLE SLICES

Enjoy the flavour of Bianchetto truffle at any time of the year with Giuliano Tartufi Bianchetto Truffle Slices, a valid and good alternative to fresh Bianchetto truffle.
These Bianchetto truffle slices are preserved in sunflower seed oil, which does not alter the flavour and colour of truffle.
You can use them to make delicious appetizers, first and second courses, on eggs and omelettes or pizza.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
They do not need to be cooked and they can be added directly onto the dish.
We suggest to use one teaspoon of truffle slices per person.

Name: Bianchetto Truffle slices (FEBH 50-80 g). Ingredients: Bianchetto Truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.), sunflower seed oil, salt, flavouring. Storage: room temperature. Once opened, store it in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume it within 7 days.
