ARTICHOKES AND SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM

If you love artichokes but also truffle, this sauce definitely cannot miss in your pantry. You will love its creamy, strong and tasty flavour!
You can use it to make delicious appetizers, first and second courses, or for a quick but tasty sandwich.

To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we suggest to use 35/40 g of sauce per person.

Name: Specialty based on Artichokes and Summer Truffle (80-130 g). Ingredients: Artichokes 65%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring, parsley, pepper.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
