BECHAMEL WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE

You can use it for your pasta, gratins, lasagna or wherever you may like. You will love its soft and creamy texture paired with the delicate flavour of summer truffle.

Cooking tips 
Try it on: pasta; lasagna; vegetable gratin. Recommended portion: 15-20 g per serving.

Name: Béchamel with Summer Truffle (BET90 - 90g). Ingredients: CREAM 39,85%, water, corn starch, sunflower seed oil, summer Truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, sunflower lecithin, flavourings, acidifier: ascorbic acid.
ALLERGENS: MILK. 
Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 3 days.
