BIANCHETTO AND WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM

Have you ever wondered how to give a gourmet touch to your dishes? It is possible with our Bianchetto and White Truffle Cream. Made with 63% of Bianchetto truffle and 5% of White truffle, it is a good alternative to fresh truffle and has a soft texture and a strong flavour. It is also loved by expert chefs.
Just a little is enough to enhance the flavour of any dishes.


COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
- Warm bread and bruschetta
- Pasta and risotto
- Eggs and omelettes
- Filling for pasta and second courses
- Meat

OUR TIP: To be used in small quantities, just 5/7 grams per person are enough. It can be used directly on the dish or you can dilute it with butter, cooking cream or extra virgin olive oil.
Little tip for pasta/risotto: put some cream in a pan and then add some cooking water to make it more creamy.

Storage: room temperature. After opening, keep it in the refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and use it in 7 days.
