BLACK PRIZED TRUFFLE SAUCE
This sauce is one of the most recent recipes of truffle sauces: a combination of Black prized truffle and champignons and Porcini mushrooms, an explosion of flavour.
Very versatile and easy to use, perfect as a base for truffle appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes.
Our tip: we suggest to use about 15/20 g of sauce per person.

Name: Sauce with black truffle (STN80, 80 g). Ingredients: Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, black truffle 3% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and rel. group), flavourings, salt, sugar, pepper. Storage: room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
