POLENTA WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE
Polenta is a true specialty of northern italian culinary tradition made with corn flour. Although it is known in its various variations almost on the whole Italian soil, in the past it was the staple food of poor cuisine.
Nowadays is considered a delicious first course to make with Italian ragù, mushrooms or different kind of meat. Our variation with black truffle is true pleasure for the palate and nose.
Add some Parmesan to enhance the flavor.
Name: Polenta with Summer truffle (350 g). Ingredients: Precooked maize Flour, dried summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat.
