POLENTA WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE
Polenta is a true specialty of northern italian culinary tradition made with corn flour. It is a special first course that recalls the peasant culinary tradition and has nowadays different varieties throughout Italy. It can be served with Italian ragù, mushrooms or different kind of meat and vegetables.
Especially during winter, polenta is considered to be a comfort food, since it is generally served warm.
This one is special because it is made with the adding of summer truffle.
