DRIED PORCINI MUSHROOMS
The best Italian porcini mushrooms preserved at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavourful. Preservation process extends the life of the mushromms allowing you to enjoy their incredible taste at any time of year.
Use them in any food preparation, for catering, food processing and domestic use.
Ingredients: 99% porcini mushrooms (Boetus eduli e rel. gruppo), aroma.
How to use:
Mushrooms need to be rehydrated. Place desired amount into a bowl covered with 100ml of warm water for 20 minutes. After that gently lift them out of the water using a strainer and remove the water in excess.
