Ingredients: Black Sauce with Summer Truffle (SNT80, 80 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, Summer Truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel. group), salt, sugar, pepper, CUTTLEFISH INK, flavouring, natural flavouring. Allergens: MOLLUSCS: CUTTLEFISH INK.
Truffle Sauce (SAT80, 80 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Truffle Cream (CRT80, 80 g): Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, Summer Truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring. The products part of this box have different best before dates according to the food type. The below date on the box refers to the product with the shorter shelf life.
Storage: room temperature. Once opened, store the sauces in the refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
