PTB45 (PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM 45 g): Porcini mushrooms 58.5 % (Boletus edulis and rel. group), extra virgin olive oil, flavouring, salt, white Truffle 0,5% (Tuber magnatum Pico) PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle 45 g): CREAM, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 5% (MILK, salt, rennet), corn starch, Bianchetto Truffle 3% (Tuber borchii Vitt.), salt, flavorings. The products part of this box have different best before dates according to the food type. The date behind the box refers to the product with the shorter shelf life. Storage: room temperature. PPT45 (Specialty based on Parmigiano Reggiano and Bianchetto Truffle): once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 3 days. The other sauces: once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
