Pesto is a typical condiment of the Liguria region based on basil, salt, pine nuts, parmesan and extra virgin olive oil. If you are truffle lover this truffle pesto will be your workhorse in the kitchen. You can use it directly to create first courses of pasta, make deliciuos sandwiches, use it as a dressing for meat dishes and pizza.

Ingredients: Basil, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Pecorino cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), pine nuts 1%, vegetable fibers, trehalosio, salt, flavouring. Acidifiying: citric acid, lactic acid.
Allergens: MILK. Preservatives: E270 - E330.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
