PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM
For all mushrooms and truffle lovers: this sauce definitely cannot miss in your kitchen! A combination of Porcini mushrooms and white truffle, with its strong flavour is perfect to create first courses of pasta, make deliciuos sandwiches or as a dressing for meat.
To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, it is recommended to use a quantity of 15g of product per person.
Name: Porcini mushrooms and white truffle cream (80-160 g). Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms 58,5% (Boletus Edulis and rel. group), extra virgin olive oil, flavouring, salt, White truffle 0,5% (Tuber Magnatum Pico).
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 7 days.
