One of the latest news: our Sauce with Summer Truffle 35% is one of our premium products. A delicious blend of summer truffle in a percentage of 35% - the highest one among the "mixed" sauces - mushrooms and black olives.
This sauce will be the perfect touch to any dishes: pasta, omelettes, appetizers and crunchy bread, rice, pizza or second courses
 It is also very nice for filled pasta such as ravioli, tortellini or agnolotti.

Try it by spreading it on a slice of hot toasted crouton: simply yummy!

Recommended portion: 15-20 g per person.

Name: SAUCE WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE 35% (SA100PLS - 100 g). Ingredients: summer Truffle 35% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, black olives, salt, flavouring.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days.
