One of the best traditional Italian cheeses in a wellbalanced soft cream with broad beans and our summer truffle. An intense taste for this ready to use condiment. Try it on toasted bread, to make a creamy risotto or pasta or for a tasty salad.

Nome: Crema di fave, Pecorino Romano DOP con tartufo estivo (80 g). Ingredienti: Olio extravergine di oliva, Fave 40%, Pecorino romano DOP 10% (LATTE di pecora, sale, caglio), Tartufo estivo 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Sale, Aroma, Antiossidante: acido ascorbico. Tmc 36 mesi - Conservazione: Temperatura ambiente. Una volta aperto conservare a +2° / +4° e consumare entro 6 giorni. Allergeni: Il prodotto contiene sostanze allergeniche o prodotti contenenti tali componenti: LATTE.
