TOMATO SAUCE WITH SUMMER TRUFFLE
Made with two typical ingredients of Italian cooking tradition, this sauce is the result of the union between the sweet taste of tomato and truffle's fancy flavour. Very easy to use to prepare a variety of dishes, it will be perfect to prepare a classic Italian bruschetta or as a condiment for pasta.

TIPS:
When cooking pasta, we suggest to use about 60 g per person and sauté it with pasta in the pan.
When making a classic Italian bruschetta, you can use this sauce and enrich everything by adding a little bit of chilli pepper.
Name: Tomato sauce with Summer truffle (SUPT90-130 g). Ingredients: Tomato pulp 78%, triple tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 3% (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), garlic, salt, parsley, basil, sugar, flavour. TOMATO origin: Italy.
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2° / +4°) and consume within 4 days.
