TRUFFLE CREAM
Black truffle patè in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of any dish. Heat the cream for 5 minutes in the pan after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or a pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto.
It is also ideal as a condiment for croutons and filling for appetizers.
We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
