TRUFFLE GNOCCHI

Potato Gnocchi are a typical basic preparation of Italian cuisine; a mixture of boiled potatoes, egg and flour.  They usually are hand made with a rounded shape and variable size: small gnocchi usually smooth, or larger than the classic striped Gnocchi. Cook them in boiling water until they come in the surface and then season with our porcini mushrooms sauce or white truffle butter. With a final touch of Parmesan they are a real goodness!

Nome: Gnocchi di patate con tartufo (250 g). Ingredienti: Patate reidratate 70% (acqua, fiocchi di patate), farina di GRANO tenero tipo “00”, fecola di patate, preparato al tartufo estivo 3% (Tartufo estivo 1,7% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), acqua sale, aroma), farina di riso, sale, correttore di acidità: acido lattico E270, conservante: acido sorbico. Tmc 12 mesi - Conservazione: Il prodotto va conservato in luogo fresco e asciutto (max 25°C). Una volta aperto, conservare in frigorifero e consumare al massimo entro 3 giorni.
