TRUFFLE GNOCCHI
Potato Gnocchi are a typical basic preparation of Italian cuisine. Giuliano Tartufi Gnocchi with summer Truffle come from the combination of white potatoes and black summer truffle.
Super easy to cook, they are perfect even for beginners at cooking.
Their texture, smell and flavour are unique and will perfectly pair even just with a little bit of butter and Parmesan cheese. Simple ingredients, but awesome result!
COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
Cook them in plentiful boiled salted water for 5 minutes or until they begin to float, drain and put them in a pan with a few knobs of butter and some Parmesan.
The final touch: our Summer truffle slices will be the icing on the cake!

Name: Gnocchi with Summer truffle (GNT250, 250 g). Ingredients: Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), WHEAT flour "00", potato starch, summer truffle preparation 3% (summer truffle 1,7% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), water, salt, flavouring), rice flour, salt, acidifying: lactic acid, preservatives: sorbic acid. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat.
