WHITE TRUFFLE BUTTER
Even a slice of toasted bread will become a real delicacy in combination with our Truffle butter with white truffle. It can be used to prepare several dishes to enhance the flavour of truffle, with warm toasted bread, pasta and risotto, second courses, eggs.
OUR TIP:
It is perfect to use as a base for pasta with some fresh truffle sliced onto it!
We suggest to use around 20g of butter per person.
Name: Specialty based on butter and white truffle (75 g). Ingredients: BUTTER 93,5% (MILK), Bianchetto truffle 5% (Tuber Borchii Vitt.), flavouring, White truffle 0,5% (Tuber Magnatum Pico). MILK origin: Italy. Allergens: MILK
Once opened, store in refrigerator (+2°/+4°) and consume within 7 days. .
