WHOLE BLACK SUMMER TRUFFLE
The scent and flavor of the black truffle in its naturalness: it is made with whole summer truffles, water and salt.
It is ideal for finishing appetizers and first courses.
We suggest to cut the whole summer truffles you find inside the jar with a grater or a knife, since the truffles inside are soft and it is better not to use the professional truffle slicers.
The liquid or government brine should never be thrown away, it has to be used for cooking.
In the jar you will find whole summer truffles preserved in brine, so their taste and scent will be delicate.
We highly recommend to combine this product with a truffle butter or truffle oil in order to enhance the flavour.
The suggested quantity is 15/18 grams of truffle per person.
To prepare a first course, we suggest putting the truffle (sliced or grated) in the pan, sear it quickly with extra virgin olive oil or butter, add salt, pepper and Parmesan according to your taste. After draining the pasta, pour it into the pan and stir for a couple of minutes, adding the brine inside the jar.
