I ordered a selection of food products and, to start with the positives, the quality was excellent. Everything arrived in great condition and fully met my expectations. I was also very satisfied with the customer service. When I reached out to inquire about my order, the response was prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a complete nightmare. The shipment to Germany took more than two weeks to arrive, which is far beyond what one would reasonably expect. Sure, I could check on the delivery in an app. But this tool provided basically no status about the delivery at all. On top of that, the shipping company used was unfamiliar and extremely difficult to deal with. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get basic information about the status of my delivery and had then make an appointment when the delivery should take place. Not cool at all.

This raises the question of why no reliable logistics provider such as DHL or UPS is offered as an option. Charging for shipping is perfectly acceptable, but it should come with a professional and dependable delivery service.

In summary: excellent products and very good customer support, but the delivery process seriously undermines the overall experience. Would love to give 5 stars but the delivery issue was just too much.
